We do collect and Store Usage Count of our Software Application(s) and other Data to store and retrieve Application Preferences / Settings on your Macintosh for our Applications. Once you Pay and Unlock Software Trial on your Macintosh, we store additional data on your Macintosh to allow usage of the software application.
When you Pay to Unlock Trial for any of our Software Application(s) using Payment Gateway, the Payment Gateway provides us information about your Order including Personal Details, entered by you during Payment. Out of all the Order and Personal information provided to us by Payment Gateway, we store given below information on our Cloud Server to provide you appropriate service.
We do not store any other Order Information apart from mentioned above on our Cloud Server to do Automated Processing, however we do access this information from appropriate Payment Gateway Website to provide you appropriate customer support as and when required.
We also get Occasional Email from Payment Gateway containing Order Information (Your Name, Address, Email Address, Software Name, Quantity, Amount, etc) to provide Appropriate Services in delayed delivery scenario, etc. We occacionally also get Bounced Back / Undelivered Email(s) when they could not be delievered to your Email Address.
We may retain the information stored as mentioned above for extended periods of time for the purpose of providing you appropriate service.
The Payment Gateway does not provides your complete payment information with which we can charge your payment method.
When you Unlock the Software Trial on a Macintosh, we do collect Macintosh Identifier to allow Usage of the Software on that particular Macintosh. We also store the Macintosh Identifier in Identifiable but Partial Format (or in other words, partially stored Macintosh Identifier cannot be converted to your actual Macintosh Identifier) on our Cloud Server. We also update the number of Activations you have used on our Cloud Server.
We use all the above collected and stored data to Provide you Access to Unlock the Software Trial. We do access the Order information from appropriate Payment Gateway Website to provide you appropriate customer support as and when required.
We do not send you Marketing EMails. We do not share your personal information (accessible from appropriate Payment Gateway Website) with anyone oustide of our affiliates.
MurGaa.com Website does not use Cookies to store Data on your Computer.
When you Pay Activation Fees or Unlock Software Trial, a Request is sent to the Activation Server by Internet for Validation. Each such request tells Activation Server, the current IP Address of your Computer and other Technical Information about the request, which is typically transferred when you Browse a website with a Browser.
To analyze Online threats to Activation Server, we do enable Logging (or storing) of Requests. List of Requests (or so called Logs) are stored on Secure Cloud Server. The Logs are Not Stored in our Central Database and are instead stored in a different Database. The Logs are automatically deleted after 30 Days.
We do disable Storage of Logs when not required.
MurGaa.com and Software Applications provided on it, contains links to other websites. This Privacy Policy applies only to MurGaa.com and Software Applications offered on it. If and when you use a link to other Website / Download another Software from another linked website, ensure that you do read their privacy policy.
The Personal / Non - Personal Data you share with other Websites Linked to our Website(s) is govered / controlled by respective Website(s) and we have no control over that. When Visiting other Linked Websites like Payment Gateway Website, Social Media Website or any other Website, Please do ensure that you do Read and Agree to the Privacy Policy of the respective Website before visting other website(s) and / or sharing your Personal / Non - Personal Data.
All our software downloads are provided on a try before buy basis. You are expected to download and try our software applications before making the payment. Please do pay only when you are fully satisfied with the software application and you are interested in using the software application after you do have utilised the trial usages.
In case you do face any issue for unlocking trial of the software utility for which you have paid & we cannot help you to trial limitations of the software, you can request a refund of the money paid.
